Please allow 7-10 days (Monday to Friday) for the products to be handmade, packaged and shipped. Shipping notification email will be sent once it is out for delivery. Orders will be dispatched every Tuesday.

Our products are handmade with recycled cotton. As with all macrame products, always handwash in cold soapy water. Air dry thoroughly. Machine washing and tumble drying is not advisable.

Wipe down the hardware with polish using a clean cloth. Keep hardware from being submerged in water, mud and dirt. Due to its nature, scratches, abrasions or marks will inevitably occur overtime.

Stretching out of shape or size may occur if pets pose any excessive pulling or tugging behaviours to our macrame products

Use a soft measuring tape around your pet's neck. Pull the tape snugly not tightly. This measurement should allow you to slide two fingers underneath easily.

Alternatively, you can use a piece of string, then measure the string with a rigid ruler.

We hope you and your pets are satisfied with our items. However if our products do not live up to you and your pet's standards we are sorry!

Contact Us to apply for a return and refund. Return shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility.

Returned and exchanged items must be unused, clean, unworn and in the same condition the were received.

Personalised products are non-refundable.

If any products arrive in incorrect, defective, or damaged, please Contact Us within 7 days of receipt of the product to resolve the issue.

While we make every effort to ensure consistency, quality and accurate images of the items, please allow some small variations in colour or size due to their handmade nature.

Returns and refunds are not accepted based on these reasons.
